Mr. Dov Bar-Gera, co-founder and Chairman. Mr. Bar-Gera is working in the field of telecommunications since more than 20 years. Serial entrepreneur with numerous successful exits, among them: 'Airpage Telecommunications', the telephone company 'RSL Com Austria AG' and 'surfEU Ltd'. Mr. Bar-Gera is a graduate in land surveying engineering and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Mr. Werner Kasztler, co-founder. Mr. Kasztler was previously the CEO of 'Telecom Austria', the Austrian incumbent, the CEO of 'Ericsson Austria', the largest entity of Ericsson outside of Sweden during the 90-ties. Mr. Kasztler sits on numerous Boards of Directors.
Mrs. Anat Bar-Gera, founder. Anat Bar-Gera was the CEO and Co-founder of surfEU, a pan European ISP, which was successfully sold to Tisacli (1999-2001). Mrs. Bar-Gera is the founder of a financing boutique which raised funds for numerous successful telecom start-ups and supported founders and investors by structuring and realising exits, including trade sales and taking companies public. She is a lawyer by training and holds a MBA von INSEAD.
Mr. Urs Kamber, co-founder. Mr. Kamber held several executive management positions in different industries, as General Manager, CFO or Project Manager for major acquisition or disposition projects. In particular he was CFO in 'Centerpulse', a leading, publicly trades Med-Tech company for artificial hips and knees (2001 - 2003). Initiated and implemented major turn around in the company and was main negotiator in the take-over bidding process. Prior to this assignment, restructured and refinanced operating companies of Ascom Holding in the United States (1989 to 1993), was Project Manager for 'Swisscom' in the privatization of 'Czech Telecom' and served as its CFO from 1995 through 2001. Currently serves as non-executive Director of the Board of 'Bulgarian Telecom' in Sofia and as non-executive Director of other companies in his capacity as CEO of Incentive Private Equity Holding AG in Zurich, Switzerland.
Lou Silver is a Principal at RP Capital Group focusing on private equity investments and has acted as an independent consultant and advisor in the technology and financial services sector. He serves as a Non-Executive Director in NASDAQ listed technology companies and private companies including Non-Executive Director assignments with responsibility for Compensation, Governance and Audit Committees. Lou received an AB from Harvard College, an LLB from the Tel Aviv University School of Law and an LLM from the New York University School of Law. |
